La Defense
reinvents itself

La Defense is
fulfilling emerging
expectations.

The largest pedestrian area in Europe is transforming itself, opening up to nature, and welcoming new areas for more conviviality and innovative catering.

A new living area under the Parvis: an underground walkway bathed in natural light with trees and plants, lined with cultural and sports facilities, will also facilitate soft mobility. Its access, opposite LEGENDE, will take the form of a circular footbridge. The «ring» could become the business district’s new emblem, both symbolically and practically.

LA DEFENSE,
EVEN MORE ACCESSIBLE

1st most accessible European business center, La Défense will be more strategically connected than ever with the inauguration of the Eole RER

NEW LIVING AREAS, BETWEEN TABLE SQUARE AND OXYGEN

At its feet on the Parvis of La Défense, sits Table Square, a 4,500 sqm concentration of gastronomy. To its immediate left, it benefits from the Quatre Temps and the CNIT shopping centers, and to its right from the urban park, with the green and landscaped areas of the Parvis and its open-air museum.

At the Parvis’ forefront, facing the Seine, Oxygen intends to embody the renewal of the business district in terms of restaurants, entertainment and inspiring venues open until late at night.
